How to apply

1. Pick your station. Choose a first and second choice from our activities (see what each one involves before you choose).
2. Record a short role-play video (1–2 minutes). A phone video is perfect. Pretend a small group of 4–6 year olds has just walked up to your station:
   • Welcome them warmly and introduce yourself.
   • Explain the activity in simple, kid-friendly words.
   • Show how it's done step by step. Props from home are great!
   • Show how you'd handle a tricky moment, like a child upset that their tower fell, a toddler who wants to grab everything, or a queue forming.
3. Upload the video to Google Drive, YouTube (unlisted) or Dropbox, set sharing to "Anyone with the link can view", and paste the link below.
4. Plan to arrive early. Volunteers arrive before doors open for setup and a short briefing, and help pack up at the end.
